"All is well Pillow" is the most advanced sleep app that helps you sleep easier, wake up happier, understand how you sleep. And learn what you can do to improve it. With this app for you can get a detailed analysis of your nightly slumber.

PROBLEMS
Many of us experience trouble sleeping at one time or another. Usually, it’s due to stress, travel, illness, or other temporary interruptions to your normal routine. But if sleep problems are a regular occurrence and interfere with your daily life, you may be suffering from a sleep disorder.
I choose this topic from my own experience and sleeping problems.
SCENARIO
Typically, people sleep at night - thanks not only to the conventions of the 9-to-5 workday but also to the close interaction between our natural sleep and alertness rhythms.
-
People who have insomnia don't feel as if they get enough sleep at night.
-
Many adults snore. The noise is produced when the air you inhale rattles over the relaxed tissues of the throat.
-
Sleep apnea: interrupting regular breathing for short periods of time - which then wakes you up.
-
In people who have restless legs syndrome, discomfort in the legs and feet peaks during the evening and night. It is a common problem among middle-aged and older adults.
-
Nightmares are frightening dreams that arise during REM sleep. They can be caused by stress, anxiety, and some drugs.
MY DESIGN PROCESS
A user-centered, iterative design was used to guide this project. User data, including research, interviews(Q&A), and testing provided invaluable input and ongoing feedback that helped me craft, then iterate upon an experience that not only delivered on core business needs but also delighted users!
DISCOVERY & PLANNING
GENERATIVE IDEATION
EXPERIENCE DESIGN
VISUAL DESIGN
STEP 1
As a first step in the process, relevant research insights and data were gathered and reviewed. Additionally, a comparative analysis of the existing technology landscape, as well as competitive and analogous experiences, was compiled as a source of shared knowledge and inspiration for future ideation.

STEP 2
Design thinking techniques were used in various capacities to generate and synthesize ideas, extract and leverage domain knowledge and key insights from the core team, and establish trust and goodwill toward the project.
MINDMAP

STEP 3
The goal is to better understand how real users interact with COZY pillow product and to improve the product based on the results. The primary purpose of a usability test is to improve design, usability, accessibility, and understanding between the product and users as well as determine User satisfaction with the cell phone App and product.
PAPER PROTOTYPING & TESTING
Low tech, rapid paper prototyping with users allowed me to generate many divergent ideas as a result. Through rapid iteration and failing fast,
I was able to quickly spin up multiple options - evaluate, make changes, then move on. This process also allowed for the evaluation and identification of overlaping content and reusable messaging patterns accros multiple situations.
For better understanding, I designed a brochure that comes with the pillow with all steps and description included.

STEP 4
Iterative wireframe design, user testing, and visual design were the final steps in the design process – taking place after the structure of the experience and core interactions had been defined and battle –tested.

USABILITY TESTING
The goal is to better understand how real users interact with your product and to improve the product based on the results. The primary purpose of a usability test is to improve the design. In a typical usability test, real users try to accomplish typical goals, or tasks, with a product under controlled conditions.
The users were able to connect with the app quickly by signing with a Google account. Also, the user-watched both videos to connect the pillow with the App.
Figured out problems and user frustration to change UI and giving clear information.
